What began with as individuals with a diversified and bespoke wealth of experience, along with strong professional relationships has now evolved into a full-service engineering firm with a diverse range of offerings, including an upcoming product line. While our expertise has traditionally been focused on the Sugar, Petrochemical, Paper, Water, Waste Water and Fabrication sectors, we are actively expanding our services into additional markets to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

At 3DS, we offer comprehensive solutions—ranging from designing simple machined parts to upgrading factories to FSSC (Food Safety) standards and installing a variety of equipment. We’ve identified a key gap in the industry where design and manufacturing processes often lack synergy, limiting opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency. Our goal is to bridge this gap by harmonizing every stage of the process, from concept to commissioning.

Our team’s experience spans the entire project lifecycle, including initial site assessments, 3D scanning, equipment installation planning, fabrication through detailed shop drawings, and active involvement in the design process—covering mechanical engineering, process calculations, and Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Beyond the design and build phases, we are also experienced as end-users, operating equipment daily and ensuring smooth post-commissioning operations. This holistic approach, combined with our multidisciplinary expertise, allows us to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions that optimize efficiency and simplify operations for our clients.
